Surimi Seafood

Surimi Seafood is typically processed from white fish including Alaska Pollock,
Pacific Whiting and Pacific Cod. It is low in calories and cholesterol and
since it readily accepts added ingredients, it can resemble an assortment of
shellfish products.
Surimi Seafood is pre-cooked, ready-to-serve chilled or can be heated and used
as an ingredient in hot dishes. The Icicle and Ship Ahoy brand products are
perfect in salads. Icicle offers a variety of pre-cooked forms including
flakes, legs or meat that is pre-cooked and either refrigerated or frozen as
preferred.
