Alaska Crab
One of the most coveted treasures of the sea is also one of the most difficult
to obtain. Icicle’s facilities, both on shore and floating processor vessels,
allow crab to be harvested and processed during optimum conditions ensuring the
best possible quality for our customers. Only live crab, that is transported in
circulating seawater tanks on board modern vessels, are purchased and processed
to meet Icicle’s rigorous quality standards. We offer all North Pacific species
of King, Snow and Dungeness which can be purchased live, whole cooked,
sectioned as clusters or in special cuts.

King Crab

It is unmatched for its sweet flavor and rich, tender texture. It truly

Dungeness Crab
